Services

Creative Resilience Therapy Services invites clients to find positive, creative ways to stabilize and maintain healthy mental health. Using various therapeutic modalities and techniques, individuals are encouraged to build their therapeutic “toolboxes” and think outside the box to creatively cope/deal with the various issues life presents.

 

Sessions

Therapy sessions are generally 55 minutes long and focus on progressing toward achievable goals set by the individual and therapist. 45-minute sessions are available upon request.

I generally see adults ages 18+, and do not do family therapy.

Treatment modalities may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused, and others. While I have modalities I enjoy using more than others, I tend to use ones I feel will be most helpful to the individual; modalities used can vary by session.
