Creative Resilience COVID-19 Safety Measures

Safety is very important at Creative Resilience TS. Due to the small office space and rise in COVID cases, in order to keep clients and therapist safe as possible from COVID-19 and its variants while still providing clients with the services they request, teletherapy sessions are being offered. Please talk with therapist if you have any questions.

Services

I conduct individual therapy sessions because I value the importance of emotional intimacy and the ability to focus on helping one person at a time with their emotional needs. Being able to focus on improving and being our best selves is of utmost importance for coping with what life throws at us, and participating in individual sessions allows the opportunity for individuals to share their specific issues in a safe space and have sole attention for getting help with working toward achieving or improving them. In some instances where the individual would benefit from additional support in session, or so I can assist them in being understood better by loved ones, members of the support system may be invited to participate.
